My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, the best hotel shower I've ever experienced, and the most incredible balcony with a clear view of Matterhorn. The downside was that it wasn't ready when I arrived, and it was a bit expensive. The service was top-notch, the staff took my son out to the park, and the restaurant service was terrific. The location was perfect, central and walkable to the village and train station, with a great view of Matterhorn. The dining experience was rich with live cooking, but the dinner wasn't as remarkable as the dinner. The facilities were excellent, and the hotel also offered many additional services like room service and laundry.
